Join #TeamExtern this August for a cycling challenge like no other!

Lap the Lough is an annual cycle event around Lough Neagh, the largest lake in Ireland and Britain, where budding cyclists travel 144km/89 miles anti-clockwise around Lough Neagh with stops every 20 miles.

This year it takes place on the August bank holiday, Sunday 27th August, starting from Moy & Charlemont - a beautiful village bordering the counties of Tyrone and Armagh.

The event is a perfect challenge for anyone interested in cycling, people who are new to cycling, or anyone looking for a new challenge.

It’s a great opportunity to get your friends, family, colleagues or clubs involved and do it together – or do it as a relay! It’s a big bike ride for people who like big bike rides!

The route takes between 5-10 hours approximately, dependant on how fast you take it.
